We are a non-profit organization that provides a variety of programs and services free to families throughout the Shuswap Region. These services are wellness centered focusing on the emotional, physical, and spiritual.
All proceeds will go towards services to the community stretching from Salmon Arm to Chase, Malakwa to Enderby and the North Shore, and they are provided entirely free of charge. These services include: 1. one on one bereavement support 2. bereavement support group 3. tending to you yoga program which is a somatic approach to healing and well-being through various body based modalities using breathwork and mediation to connect us with body, mind, and soul 4. touch therapies ie. reiki, massage, chiropractic , and lymphatic drainage. 5. wig room and breast prosthesis fittings inherited from Canadian cancer society when their salmon arm office closed 6. lending library of books associated with bereavement and loss 7. men's monthly support group 8. caregiver's weekly support group
